Turley & Young Partnership Limited is a multi award winning practice that combines the experience and expertise of two Senior, Chartered Architectural Technologists with different backgrounds and ideologies fused together to combine a wealth of planning and technical knowledge with experience and a common overriding objective:

We pride ourselves in the service we provide and achieving our client's expectations is not enough, exceeding them at every stage of the project will be our target from the beginning.

Working principally in the residential sector we have specific expertise in achieving planning permissions for buildings and sites. We work on new and existing properties of all scales.

The continually rewarding challenge for our team is to understand each client's unique planning, environmental and financial constraints to maximise the developments design potential.

We maintain close contact with civil and structural engineers, landscape architects, energy rating consultants, arboriculturalists, ecologists, ground investigation and quite often act as lead design consultant.
​
We also fully co-ordinate with any consultants using our BIM (Building Information Modelling) software. We are able to both issue and receive information in 3D for clash detection purposes. This software also allows us to issue our clients with a controllable, 3D model using a free downloadable application onto their smart device.

With office locations based in Cardiff and The Cotswolds, Turley & Young Partnership can offer services to Welsh regions and the Cotswolds along with all the surrounding areas which include the M4 corridor which is easy access for both offices.

The company is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and abides by their Code of Conduct.

The company maintains both professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance.
