Full detailed planning permission sought for the erection of an oak framed pool building within the grounds of a Grade II listed residential dwelling. Working in conjunction with Plan-A Planning & Development Ltd (Planning Consultants) a decision on this application is expected March/April 2021.

 

The proposals have been designed to be sensitive to the nature of the listed building and the local area with a modern contemporary feel. The proposals have been designed to reflect a rural barn type structure in keeping with the surrounding local rural community.

 

The proposals include sub-terrain accommodation to provide changing facilities and ancillary plant room facilities serving the pool building.
