PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED

Full detailed permission sought for the construction of a new dwelling with associated ancillary development to include ground works, landscaping and parking provisions.

 

This challenging site has several design constraints that have required careful consideration during the design process including an existing mature tree and tree protection area in close proximity, a slight fall across the site, existing nearby residential development including a listed building and the Lechlade conservation area.

 

Working in conjunction with Plan-A Planning & Development Ltd (Planning Consultants) a decision on this application is expected in early 2022.

 

The proposals have been designed to be sensitive and in keeping with the nature of the conservation area, listed buildings and the constraints of the site.
