Illustrative planning proposals prepared on behalf of the client for the outline permission of a mixed use development of residential dwellings and B1 office units. Working in conjunction with Plan-A Planning & Development Ltd (planning consultants) outline permission was achieved and full planning permission granted on 01/10/2020.

Proposals include a mix of 2 and 3 bed dwellings in the Cotswold vernacular style including associated parking and landscaping.
B1 office units (3x) with associated parking and facilities approved to the front of the site with the dwellings set back in to the rear of the site. The proposals are designed to be sensitive to the nature of the local area.

The site is located outside the village development boundary so obtaining an approval has been challenging, but equally rewarding to be able to achieve such an approval when its outside the development boundary.
