We were approached by Glen Thomas, owner of a locally acclaimed architectural practice and recent TV personality in the form of BBC One’s Wales’s home of the year.

 

We worked in collaboration with Glen and provided him and his client a comprehensive package of RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) information that allowed his client to seek building regulations approval, competitive contractor quotes which can also be built from when on site.
