We were appointed by Equorium Property Compnay Ltd to take on an existing scheme that was unfavourable with the Local Planning Dept. After a protracted time period and no more success in achieving a favourable scheme, the client approached us to take this on.

 

We worked in collaboration with the client and provided them with a comprehensive RIBA Stage 3 package of information that formed the basis of the planning application. We took on board previous planning officer comments and provided an improved scheme that achieved the client's ambitions whilst reducing the impact on its surroundings.

 

Planning decision due end of Oct/Nov 2023.
