Full detailed planning permission sought for the conversion of a former stable block to a separate dwelling with associated ancillary development together with internal alterations and a walled kitchen garden to a grade II listed 17th Century farmhouse. Working in conjunction with Plan-A Planning & Development Ltd (Planning Consultants) a decision on this application is expected September/October 2021.

 

The proposals have been designed to be sensitive to the nature of the listed building and the local area with a modern contemporary feel. The proposals for the conversion have been designed to reflect the rural nature of the former stable block and in keeping with the surrounding local community and retains or supplements the original features of the stable block.
