PLANNING APPROVAL AWARDED

Full detailed planning permission sought for the conversion of an exiting barn into a residential property. Working in conjunction with Plan-A Planning & Development Ltd (planning consultants)
permission was granted on 25/10/2019 for the proposed conversion and extension of the existing barn.


The barn is located in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) within the grounds of a Grade II listed property and is considered a heritage asset in its own right. The proposals have been designed to be sensitive to the nature of the listed building and the local area with a modern contemporary feel.


The proposals include the conversion of the existing barn with a contemporary oak framed extension with associated landscaping and parking provisions to suit.
