We were approached by our client whose family own a large plot of land in Illinois, USA. Set in a woodland, the family have parcelled up the land and our client approached us to help them fulfil their dreams and provide them with a concept design for a house design that suits their requirements that can be built on their allocated area of the family plot.

The house is very large by UK standards and was a fun project to work on as it gave us a totally different set of problems to deal with and overcome. This large, high-end, bespoke, no-compromise dwelling is something that we are hugely proud of. Needless to say our client is over the moon with what we have provided for them.
